We now work regularly with a greyhound rescue charity based in the UK "Greyhounds in Need" who have rescued and found homes for thousands of greyhounds.Greyhounds and galgos (Spanish-bred hunting greyhounds) make excellent family pets, and, contrary to popular opinion, their requirements for exercise are moderate and many can live happily with cats.

I was so worried about shipping my 4 cats what seemed like half-way around the world, but they all
arrived just as if they had just been on holiday! It was a bit of a shock for them to be in such a warm place
after spending all their lives in the "cool" north east of England. They will soon get used to that just as we have. Once again many thanks.

How are you, just to let you know that Talum, Chimene and Peper have settled well in  the kennels, and the vet will be taking the blood test on Monday to complete their passports.

From the UK to Costa de la Luz

Hi Carol and Colin
It has taken a while but I am back online at last and can let you know that Shadow has settled in here very well.We asked our friend to leave you an extra 20 euros because we had not remembered to think about the cost of the tick and worm treatment that you got done for us.Was that enough or do I owe you some more,please let me know.
I know I am back in England OK as I have ,for the last 8 days,had my first cold in three years but generally we have had reasonable weather for settling in - unlike the snow that was around when you were doing your trip.
